Metra California Ave/KYD Yards Roofing Replacement/Rehabilitation

Project Description

KMI provided Construction Administration services for replacement and rehabilitation of the existing roofs at these two yards. Complexities faced at the California Ave. yard was the temporarily hoisting up of the existing RTU’s and AC units, replacing the mechanical curbs and reinstalling the mechanical units after the installation of the roofing.
